March of Dimes for Premature Babies!!

Letter from our cousin Latisha Gladden, what a wonderful person!!!

Dear Family & Friends,
For the last few years, I have participated in the March of Dimes walk; I strongly believe in the March of Dimes mission to save babies. Through March for Babies, The March of Dimes is funding important research to find out why premature birth happens and what we can be done to prevent it. We never know what God’s plan for our futures will bring. Any one of us may someday need the March of Dimes for information and support.

In the past I have walked mainly because my twin cousins, Lisa and Krystal, who were born prematurely. They fought hard to stay with us, and today they are both beautiful, strong women with their own little bundles of joy. But this year the March for Babies brings special new meaning to me with the early arrival of Lisa and her husband Dustin’s baby boy, Hayden Wayne. Hayden was born this year on Good Friday, March 21 – more than three months before his due date. But Hayden is a fighter just like his mom and aunt!

This year instead of walking as an individual, I have signed up as captain of our family walk team called, "WE LOVE HAYDEN". We would love to have all the extra legs we can, so if you'd like to sign up to walk with our team, you can register (or donate) through the team site http://www.marchforbabies.org/525669.

If you are unable to join us, please support our fundraising efforts by sponsoring me in March for Babies today to help save premature and sick babies. Donating online is fast, easy and secure; you can donate directly from my personal webpage with a credit/debit card or PayPal. Or if you prefer, I can also accept cash or check. Just click the appropriate box on my personal webpage http://www.marchforbabies.org/ditta or go through the team site shown above.

Won’t you please help us in this worthy cause? With your support, there’s hope!

Love always,
Latisha/Ditta
