Hello Hayden fans!!
As many of you know, Hayden turned 6 weeks old on 5/2 and he is getting cuter and cuter every day (keep your daughters away from him, he will be a heartbreaker =)
Hayden is up to 3 lbs 11oz!!! He started formula again last night and is doing well on it (our little baby boy was hungry =) He has a new isolet (incubator) and was started on CPAP (Continuous Positive Air Pressure) today!!! He is breathing on his own, but the ventilator will give him breaths if he needs it. If this goes well, they will try the nasal prongs again, yay!!!
The meningitis is diminishing, but we are all still praying for it to go away COMPLETELY!!!
Because I am being induced tomorrow, I may not be able to update you for a short while, but I am going to teach Lisa how to do it so she can!!
Thanks for staying updated with Hayden’s progress, the family appreciates it so much, as does Hayden!!

I just wanted to say what a sweet beautiful baby boy Hayden is. I visited him for the first time today 5/1/08 while Lisa was there.
He really is a champ and is a strong spirited little fighter. I know this has been very hard on you both as well as Hayden but just wanted to tell you how much three of you are loved. So keep your strength strong, your spirits high and have a lot of faith and all things will work out for your special family.
Sorry it took me so long to visit but thought that you & Lisa had enough going on with eveything and lots of visitors for Hayden.
Dustin & Lisa you both know I'm just a call away if you need me for anything. I keep up with the Blog so I can keep up with Hayden's progress and events. So Just know even though I'm not there with you, the three of you are in my thoughts and prayers daily.
