Meeting!

The meeting went very well tonight, we got lots of commitments and auction items. Thanks to everyone who came and donated more time and help along with items for the auction and other things. We really appreciate it!

Time is getting short so we need to get the word out. Please send an email to everyone on your email address book that says please forward to everyone in their's about the benefit. Left click on the flyer below, then Right click on the flyer and save it to your computer to include in your email to others. Example:

Hi everyone:

I have been involved in a benefit that is coming up for a special needs child. See flyer below. We're looking for help for the day of the benefit. It would be just a few hours of your time. We also need auction items if you can get them to us before Friday. Or even just coming out, eating BBQ and enjoying the day. We're also taking donations if you would like to support that way. See the donation button to the right or you can send a donation to Shell Credit Union in Deer Park. Make checks payable to Hayden Vorse Trust. If you just can't do any of the above things to show support, will you please just forward this email to everyone in your email address book? Getting the word out is just as important.
